One needs to understand that it is not only the Specialists that will be working on the case. In fact you as a client will be doing plenty of your own work the moment the initial contact with the Specialist happens.

It is essential to know what to look for and what to ask as the entire process takes place. Such as when you are in first contact with the Specialists, have they introduced themselves in a professional manner? Have they really listened to your claims and have they planned up any type of prior meeting or conducted a thorough interview with you?

Most people think you call, they show up and afterwards they say yup its haunted or nope nothing here. Well this is far from the truth. This is where P.I.C.C. comes in. We want to enlighten clients and let them understand that there is much more to the process. We hope all cases are conducted professionally and in a thorough manner.

Rather than letting you just hit a star rating, we feel that using a questionnaire type of format will put you as the client into a more interactive role of the investigation. Also it will help groups to understand where they need improvement and where they are succeeding. The score card, once filled out, will be submitted by you online and then a star system will be generated from the questions.
