							<p> The way the para links works, is any team that has put a link to their site in their bio will be posted on the paralinks page, however, being there is limited space we have decided to put 30 links up at a time and this is based on a random selection.  Each time the page is hit or the frame refreshed, it will load a random 30 links from the database so everyone will get equal visability on the paralinks page.  I hope you understand how it works now and why we have decided to go this route.<BR />
